HPE Financial Services, Inc. is an insurance brokerage agency that represents 25 “A” Rated carriers. This means that we can present to you the best benefits for your current needs. These companies offer Annuities, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance and Life Insurance.  Victor Schumacher formed his own financial services company in May 2002 after an extensive career in various successful businesses. Victor has provided financial counsel to hundreds of families, individuals and businesses, always taking the time to discover what is most important to his clients and developing a plan to meet their objective.

His passion in helping people is truly evident as is reflected in the company name, HPE which stands for “Helping People Everyday”. Victor graduated from the University of Arkansas, served in the USAF achieving the rank of Captain and was decorated with the Distinguished Flying Cross and The Air Medal. Victor has been married since 1971, has two children and one grandchild.
